New Senior Leader Master's Degree Apprenticeship opportunities for education staff!

When you hear the term ‘apprenticeship’ you might think of 16-24 year olds gaining valuable job-specific skills and experience. But did you know that there are apprenticeship opportunities for students at undergraduate level and postgraduate level?

If you are currently working in education and are looking to improve your knowledge of inclusion and special educational needs or values-led leadership, The Learning Institute’s Senior Leader Master’s Degree apprenticeship could be just the opportunity you are looking for.

Delivered via a combination of in-house and offsite training in Roche, the apprenticeship includes CMI accreditation. Training is comprised of tasks and exercises that develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours of strategic leadership, contextualised to each apprentice’s workplace. Apprentices can choose to study an MA Values-led Leadership or an MA Inclusion and SEND, both accredited by Newman University, as part of the apprenticeship.

In addition to this, the apprenticeship could be funded using the employer’s apprenticeship levy, with The Learning Institute providing advice and guidance to the employer on the best way to support their apprentice, and helping to prepare the apprentice for End Point Assessment.
