This top-up degree will encourage professionals from a range of settings to refine their practice by engaging in critical and analytical reflection and individual and collaborative research.  Whilst this top-up degree is relevant for professionals within a range of sectors, the four separate pathways will allow you to continue your own professional journey within early years, inclusive education, learning and education, or mental health and wellbeing of children and young people.
