National Anger Awareness Week (1st - 7th December 2020)

National Anger Awareness Week brings awareness to the increase in uncontrolled rage and its contribution to domestic violence, youth crime, prison sentences, classroom disturbances and stress related illnesses.

Keep Your Cool Kit

As part of National Anger Awareness Week, the British Association of Anger Management (BAAM) have created a Keep Your Cool Kit, which consists of anger management activities, as well as tips on handling anger appropriately and calming strategies for defusing difficult situations.  This kit can be used by individuals, organisations, families, schools and other groups.
