Learning Programmes from The Learning Institute
Leadership for Children offer a variety of professional development and leadership training programmes:
• Step up to Leadership is a fresh approach to leadership learning for middle leaders, aspiring middle leaders and aspiring senior leaders. This genuinely blended learning approach includes an innovative online learning audit process.
• System Leaders 2020 is ideal for senior leadership teams and is designed to develop multi-establishment leadership.
• Foundation Degree in Teaching and Learning, and Integrated Children's Services are run in partnership with the University of Worcester. They present an exciting opportunity for those working with children and young people to gain knowledge that directly relates to their role in the workplace.
• Postgraduate Professional Development (PPD), in partnership with the London Institute of Education and the University of Exeter, and School-based Collaborative Inquiry into Leadership of Learning (SCILL) are run in association with the TDA. They take a collaborative approach to understanding and experiencing learning within your organisation. PPD is an accredited, Masters-level study programme whilst SCILL is designed to engage everyone in whole-school CPD activity.
